  1. Usage: BIND <key> COMMAND_COMPLETION
  2.   The COMMAND_COMPLETION function will cause IRCII to attempt to
  3.   complete the command you have typed in the input line.  If a
  4.   match is found, it is expanded to its full length in the input
  5.   line.  If multiple matches are found, the complete list of
  6.   matching commands is displayed.  If no match is found, the
  7.   input line is left unchanged.
